Check Claim Status

At Bunker Hill Insurance, we make it easy to check the status of a claim.

Choose one of the following options:

• Log in to your eServices account and select Claim Information to see:
  • Details about your claim
  • Payments Bunker Hill has made
  • The name of the adjuster assigned to your claim

• Call your claim representative with any questions you may have - they will be there to help you through the process.
• If you don't have your claim representative's number you can call our general number at 866-322-2442, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET and we will be happy to connect you to your claim representative.
